Account Management

Do I need an account before I order?


Yes, you need to sign up before ordering. This is to provide us the email address and address for shipping purpose.




How to register?


You may register by using your email address or instant connect with Facebook or Google account.




Will I automatically receive any updates of promotions?


No, unless you subscribe our newsletter :)





Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?


We deliver nationwide in Malaysia including East Malaysia and Labuan.




How much is the delivery charges?


RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia. You will entitle for a FREE SHIPPING* when you purchase more than RM80 (*only apply for Peninsular Malaysia).




How can I know is the parcel has been sent?


A tracking number will be generate and send it to you thru email. From there, you may use the tracking number to track the status of the parcel at the courier service side.




When can I expect my orders?


Delivery will take around 1 to 5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, and within 7 business days for East Malaysia after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.




Can I ask the courier service to deliver at a specific time or date?


We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule to arrive at a specific time of day. Delivery times are influenced by your delivery destination and the courier service’s delivery schedule at your location.




How do I postpone my parcel if I'm away and not able to receive?


You are always welcomed to drop us a message thru the chat box / social media / email to us and we would be glad to assist you further.





Parcels & Orders

How can I check whether is my order placed successfully?


An email will be sent to your email address once our systems captured your order successfully. You may double check your junk mail or spam mail as it might went over there.




How long should I need to wait after I made a purchase?


It will take within 7 business days for us to roast, bake and pack your order(s) as all of our snacks are freshly made with our loves! Delicious snacks come to those who wait :p




How can I edit my delivery details?


Please contact our customer service to amend on the details as soon as possible. We are unable to amend any of it once the parcel has been passed to the courier service.




How to cancel the order that I have placed?


Please ensure you have double checked your cart and details before proceed with checkout. Drop us an email as we are able to cancel the order as long the parcel is still with us. However, do take note that 10% of cancellation fees from the local payment gateway will be charged. (Example: an order which worth RM80 will only proceed with a refund of RM72.00)




Oh! Received an incorrect items / missing an items, how?


We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and we hope this won’t upset you. Please let us know immediately thru email and do provide us your order number and the image of your items you received. We'll get it sorted out for you.





Information of Snacks

Are your snacks homemade?


Yes. The recipes are created by us and all of our snacks are 100% homemade <3




Are your snacks halal?


Currently we don't have a Halal Certificate or Jakim yet, but all of our snacks do not contain any pork, lard and alcohol.




Are your snacks suitable for vegetarian?


Some of our snacks contains dairy products such as butter. You may contact us to inquiry which products are 100% Vegetarian.




What is the shelf life of your snacks?


All of our snacks are freshly roast, bake and pack. Ingredients are free from preservatives, hence the snacks are abled to keep for 6 months. However, snacks are best eaten within 3 months. Do remember to keep you snacks in a cool and dry place :)




Is there any artificial sweeteners or flavourings?


No! We prefer natural food.





Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal. E-Wallet will be add in soon!




Is there any COD (Cash On Delivery) service?


We do not have COD service.





Others

Is there any shop for us to walk-in purchase or self-pick up?


Currently we do not have a physical shop to do so, however, you may contact us as selected places are selling our products too.




Can I request for no receipt or invoice to be included in the parcel as it was meant to be a gift?


Please do not worry as only “delivery order” will be included.




How to get my receipt or invoice?


Log in to your account and click on the profile picture. It will link to the history that you purchased in our website.




Is there a promotional rate for corporate bulk / regular orders and events (such as wedding gift, annual dinner, celebrations and campaign)?


Yes, promotional package offers vary with the quantity of order. Do contact us for a quote.
