White Quinoa (250g)
White Quinoa has a light and fluffy texture when cooked, and its mild and slightly nutty flavor makes it an alternative to rice. Its also great in porridge, soups and salads.
White Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.
Mix 1 cup of White Quinoa to around 2 to 3 cups of water, and bring to a boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until it is tripled in size and tender. Turn off the heat once cooked and your quinoa is ready to serve.
Keep packaging tightly sealed and store in cool dry place. It can last for 6 months at room temperature. After tear off the sealing part, please consume within two weeks for the best taste of the products.
